1. We provide free service of repair and technical support after purchasing the product within 12 months. (Free repair is based on the real fault not caused by personal damage after our QC inspection.)
2. Repair fee should be charged if product’s fault caused by inappropriate operation or personal disassembling during the warranty period.
3. Please safely keep the warranty card and the purchase receipt used as warranty permission. We refuse to offer free repair if one can not provide all these documents.
4. All below faulty points are not in warranty
a. Damaged by improper delivery or excessive drop or movement;
b. Damaged by natural occasional reason;
c. Damaged by using improper device or liquid;
d. Damaged by using violation using high-power that’s forbidden.
5. Products will be repaired by following the above terms.
6. Damage of product’s appearance, easily consumable components are not in warranty.
